Gordon and his office of 12 certainly learned that Friday at the office doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the sun and the opportunity for a barbecue! Gordon called us up earlier the other week to ask for a lunchtime catering service to his business to reward his team after a very busy July in which the team pulled of some magnificent work. He had initially wanted just a classic roast menu, however as the week went on with the sunnier weather Gordon called us again and asked if we would be able to change to a barbecue service. Not a problem at all, Gordon, Hog Roast Walsall are always ready to adapt!

With premium quality meats our chefs like to make their own gourmet sausages and burgers for grilling, and for the veggies we also have our BBQ pulled jackfruit perfect for a filled roll. No barbecue would be complete without some brilliant sides though: a fresh seasonal salad perfect for the hot weather, along with our homemade coleslaw, fries, and potato salad. Our catering manager also whipped up some chicken legs and barbecued ribs for an even greater feast!

We’re not sure how much work will have got done after such a lunch, but it sounds like they’ve earned the rest!
