In addition to the main course, guests indulged in charcuterie platters teeming with Italian meats, cheeses, and artisan bread, and balancing out these savoury flavours, Hog Roast Sparkhill presented a buffet of tangy tarte au citron and decadent chocolate-smothered profiteroles.
