Lauren and her husband are celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary this spring and are planning on hosting a big celebration to mark the occasion. The couple tied the knot with a very small reception in 2021 when large gatherings were not allowed due to COVID-19 restrictions. The pair didn’t want to postpone their wedding any further and instead decided to go ahead with their event, knowing that they could host a bigger celebration later. Now that they have been married for five years, the pair have decided that it is the perfect time to make up for their small wedding and host a wonderful party with all of the friends and family that couldn’t celebrate with them in 2021. The event will be a lot of fun, with 120 guests in attendance, live music from a jazz band, and a delicious menu served by Hog Roast Moseley.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Moseley team has created the perfect menu for the occasion. We will be serving a classic slow-roasted hog, which will be cooked to perfection and served with sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Alternatively, the guests can enjoy marinated chicken kebabs or BBQ-pulled jackfruit. For the sides, we will be serving homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a variety of fresh salad dishes, which will create a delicious and well-rounded buffet menu.
