For Spring events it is a great idea, where possible, to take your dining outdoors. While of course we are always at the whim of this island’s tempestuous weather even at the best times of year, if you hire or set up a marquee tent, maybe hire an outdoor heater or two, then you can enjoy the very best that event catering has to offer. We at Hog Roast Quinton of course love catering to any type of event, but we can’t pretend than when the opportunity arises to do it outdoors in the sun that we wouldn’t always rather take it!
It’s just a far more pleasant work environment when everyone gets to enjoy a bit of sunshine, but more importantly our favoured hog roast is a dish that traditionally be made outside too. Thanks to our mobile hog roasting units cooking indoors or out isn’t a problem that we face, but it is always great where possible to get the hog roast experience outdoors where it belongs and allow it to show the full extent of its spectacular capabilities. Plus, there’s little better in British dining than enjoy some hot and fresh meats in a roll or wrap out in the sun – it’s why the summer barbecue is such a staple after all!
