Eileen lives in a farmhouse and has access to acres of farmland around her home. To make use of the space, she hosts seasonal parties for her friends, family, and neighbours to enjoy, along with entertainment and delicious catering. To mark the ending of summer, she decided to host a final barbeque, with help from Hog Roast Dudley. By hiring our team to provide our Gourmet BBQ menu, Eileen is free to enjoy her party without having to worry about the cooking, serving, preparation, or clearing away. This leaves her with one less thing to worry about and makes for a much more enjoyable party experience.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Dudley team arrived at the farm and set up our catering station in the courtyard. The catering was to be served at 8:00pm, so we began preparing the menu with plenty of time in advance. For the main dishes, we served succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, veggie sausages, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and marinated chicken kebabs. The mains were served in fresh bread rolls or a gluten-free alternative. We also served a variety of delicious sides, including a tomato and mozzarella salad, Caesar salad, corn on the cob, crunchy coleslaw, and sweet potato fries. Our menu had plenty of dishes to choose from and there was more than enough for everyone to enjoy. The meal went down a treat and was a great addition to the end of summer party.
