This February, Hog Roast Moor has been hired to cater for a corporate lunch at an office block in Birmingham. The lunch is being served at the sales office of a fashion company based in the city, as a way for the staff to come together and enjoy a tasty meal. Our catering is perfect for serving as a reward or incentive since it is so much more enjoyable than the usual pre-prepared lunch options, and our buffet serving style allows everyone to create their perfect meal.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Moor team arrived at the office in the morning and began to prepare our menu on-site. We will start by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook for around five hours. Once ready, the succulent pork will be expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Alternatively, the staff enjoyed BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which is a delicious alternative to pork. The mains were accompanied by homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a green leaf salad. Overall, created a delicious and hearty buffet lunch, with more than enough for everyone to enjoy. Our was a hit with the staff and it was great to see everyone lining up at our catering station to create their perfect lunch from what we had to offer.
