Birthdays can be regarded as one of the most important days for anybody, as it is a day where you can get to feel on top of the world! Stacie also shares our belief hence why this autumn she called Hog Roast Wednesbury to cater for her husband’s birthday party.
Stacie had told the team at Hog Roast Wednesbury that her husband, Keith, was a chef himself and so he always cooked, whether at home or at work, and so she decided that for this year’s birthday she shall have someone prepare the food for him instead! She believed that the team at Hog Roast Wednesbury would be more than qualified to provide food that even someone as picky as him wouldn’t turn down. The team arrived at the decided time, and set up their station in Stacie’s backyard, where the birthday party was going to take place. Some of the staff even helped Stacie set some tables and inflate some balloons to attach to the fence! Keith’s reaction when he arrived home was priceless, and he looked as happy as ever.
The food served consisted of 5 canapés, from which the smoked salmon and gourmet sausages were big favourites and a whole roasted lamb and sirloin of beef for the main course, including a vegetarian option and a side of seasonal vegetables. And, of course, dessert! On top of the birthday cake, the team at Hog Roast Wednesbury have provided profiteroles and sticky toffee pudding, which was Keith’s favourite!
