For Marie and Alan, they have not had a shortage of anniversary parties and celebrations during their 60 years of marriage. Due to poor health over the past few years, the couple has had to reign in their celebrations and enjoy some quiet anniversaries at their home in North London. However, this year they are wanting to do something bigger and more memorable than ever to celebrate 60 years of marriage and the return of good health. For this occasion, our catering manager Alex was hired to serve a delicious meal at an elegant town hall near their home, which will be wonderfully decorated to suit the theme of ‘diamonds’ for their diamond anniversary. Alongside the catering from Hog Roast Cradley Heath, there will also be live music from a local brass band and plenty of opportunities for dancing.

Hog Roast Cradley HeathIn preparation for this wonderful event, the Hog Roast Cradley Heath team is planning on arriving at the hall in the afternoon to allow our hog to slow-roast to perfection for at least five hours prior to carving. The succulent pork will be served with bread rolls and accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling, creating a delicious and filling evening meal. Alongside the mains, we will also be serving homemade chips and a selection of fresh salad dishes to provide the guests with a varied and nutritious buffet.
